1. Introduction

Welcome to Travelscope, an AI-powered travel guide app that brings history to life. This Subscription Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the premium features available through in-app subscriptions (“Services”).

By subscribing to Travelscope’s premium Services, you agree to this Subscription Policy. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store in accordance with Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions. For questions related to payments, please contact us at [email protected].

2. Subscription Plans and Billing

Travelscope allows three free historical scans per day. To unlock unlimited scans, users may choose from the available subscription plans:

Weekly Subscription

Yearly Subscription

All subscriptions are:

• Managed via your Apple ID account on the App Store.

• Automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

• Billed to your Apple account at the time of confirmation.

Uninstalling the Travelscope app does not cancel your subscription. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period unless canceled through your Apple account settings.

Travelscope reserves the right to modify subscription plans or pricing. Any changes will not apply retroactively and will take effect starting the next billing cycle. You will be notified in advance, in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple device:

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap your name at the top.

3. Navigate to Subscriptions.

4. Select Travelscope.

5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Once canceled, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions, early cancellations, or periods of non-use, unless required by law.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Any billing issues (e.g., duplicate charges or technical problems) must be handled directly through the Apple App Store, as Travelscope does not process or manage payments.


4. Closing Provisions

• Timeframes (such as the 24-hour cancellation period) are based on the time zone of your original purchase.

• Prices and availability may vary by region. Currency exchange rates or transaction fees may be applied by the App Store or your financial institution.

• Travelscope is not responsible for pricing changes due to currency fluctuations or issues with third-party billing systems.
